By creating an account or using Vityel – Digital Business Card (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

The Service provides tools to create digital business cards, bio-link pages, digital menus with WhatsApp ordering, booking pages, dynamic QR codes and payment pages, together with QR generation, lead capture and analytics.

3. Accounts

Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Plans & billing

Paid subscriptions are processed by our checkout provider and renew automatically until cancelled. If a subscription lapses, your account returns to the Free plan limits; content above those limits is unpublished, not deleted.

5. Refunds

6. Your content & acceptable use

You keep ownership of what you publish and grant us a licence to host it. No unlawful, fraudulent or harmful use; no spam; no impersonation.

7. Leads & your customers

Contact details submitted on your pages are delivered to you; towards those people you act as data controller and must honour the marketing consent they gave.

8. Payments to you

Pay Me pages display the payment methods you configure; funds move directly from your customer to your own accounts. We never hold your money.

9. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

10. Termination & law

You can cancel anytime and export your data first. These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION].
