In short

  • We collect what is needed to run the Service: your account info, the content you publish, leads submitted on your pages, and usage statistics.
  • Marketing consent on lead forms is recorded as Yes/No and delivered to the page owner.
  • Cookies remember your language, your session and (for 30 days) who referred you.
  • Payments are processed by SureCart; we never store card numbers.
  • You can export your data (CSV) and ask us to correct or delete it at [EMAIL].

1. Who we are

Vityel is operated by OGOU LABS (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Contact: [email protected].

2. What we collect

Account data — name, email, password (hashed), plan and billing status.
Content you publish — the cards, pages, menus, services, prices, images and links you add.
Leads — when a visitor fills a form on a member’s page (contact capture, order, booking, payment notice): their name, phone/WhatsApp, email, message, and their Privacy Policy acceptance and marketing opt-in (Yes/No).
Usage & analytics — scans, page views, clicks, booking requests and payment intents, with approximate country derived from the IP address. We use these for counters and statistics, not to build visitor profiles.
Payment data — subscriptions are processed by SureCart and its payment processors; we receive plan/transaction status, never full card numbers.

3. Cookies we use

Language (ogou_qr_lang, up to 1 year) — remembers your EN/FR/ES choice.
Referral (ogou_ref, 30 days) — remembers which member invited you, so we can credit them if you sign up.
Session — standard WordPress login cookies for members.

Public pages may also be cached on your device (PWA) so they load fast and work offline.

4. How we use data

To provide the Service (host your pages, deliver leads to page owners, send booking/order notifications, generate QR codes); to operate billing; to show owners their statistics; to keep the platform secure; and to improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

5. Leads: our role and the page owner's role

For leads submitted on a member’s page, the member (card/menu/booking/pay page owner) decides why that data is collected and how it is used — they act as data controller; Vityel processes and delivers it on their behalf. If you submitted your details on someone’s Vityel page, contact that person first; we will assist where required.

If you ticked the marketing opt-in, the page owner may contact you with offers; you can withdraw that consent with them at any time.

6. Sharing

We share data only with providers needed to run the Service: hosting, SureCart (checkout & subscriptions), and messaging links you choose to open (e.g. WhatsApp, which is governed by WhatsApp’s own terms). We may disclose information if the law requires it.

7. Retention & export

Account data and content are kept while your account is active. Members can export their leads and data as CSV at any time, and deleting content removes it from public view. Backups and logs expire on a rolling basis.

8. Security

Traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, form submissions are protected against forgery, and access to admin tools is restricted. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Write to [email protected] and we will respond as required by applicable law.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. The “Last updated” date above will change, and significant updates will be announced on the site.
