  • Account Registration Data: When creating an account, we collect your First Name, Last Name, Email, Password, Gender, Phone Number, and Country.
  • Authentication Data: We utilize a secure Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) system that generates temporary 6-digit PIN codes sent to your email.+1
  • Profile and Card Data: To build your digital cards, we collect your Display Name, a unique URL slug, custom profile pictures (avatars), cover images, and the URLs of your social and web links.   • Lead Capture Data: If visitors fill out the lead capture form on your digital card, we collect their information. This system strictly tracks whether the lead accepted our Privacy Policy and opted into Marketing (recorded as Yes/No).+1

3. How We Use Your Information Your data is used strictly to operate and improve the Vityel ecosystem:

  • To host your digital cards and manage your account automatically via our SureCart integration.
  • To verify your identity during registration and login using real-time email Confirmation PINs.+3
  • To send HTML email notifications to card owners whenever a new lead is captured.
  • To display public advertisements (e.g., Google AdSense) strictly on digital cards belonging to users on the Free Plan.

4. Data Sharing and Management We provide tools for data transparency and portability:

  • User Exports: Users on the Silver, Gold, and Platinum plans can download a CSV export of the leads they have collected.
  • Platform Administration: Site administrators have access to a Master Data Export to download a global CSV of all captured leads (including marketing consent status) and all created cards for monitoring platform growth.

5. Data Security Vityel utilizes strict security measures to protect your data:

  • All data inputs are sanitized, and the system uses WordPress nonces to prevent unauthorized data submissions.
  • Security PINs used for login and registration are stored temporarily with a strict expiration time (e.g., 10 minutes) and are securely hashed to prevent brute-force attacks.

6. Your Rights Depending on your jurisdiction (such as under GDPR or CCPA), you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data. You may manage your data within your Vityel dashboard or contact our support team for assistance.
